This policy outlines the procedures and guidelines for the closure of bank accounts at Juice Global, Inc. It applies to all customers and staff involved in the account closure process.

Account Holder: The person(s) whose name(s) appear(s) on the account. Account: Any savings, checking, or other type of account held by the customer with Juice Global, Inc..

• -  Accounts can be closed by the account holder(s) or by Juice under certain conditions.
• -  Business fd accounts require authorization from all account holders unless otherwise specified in the account agreement.

• -  At the request of the account holder.
• -  Prolonged inactivity.
• -  Account holder's death.
• -  Violation of Juice’s terms and conditions.
• -  Suspected fraudulent activity.
• -  Legal or regulatory requirements.

• 1.  Request Submission:
• -  Account holders must submit a formal request in writing to compliance.
• -  Proper identification must be provided.

• 2.  Verification:
• -  Juice will verify the identity of the account holder and the request details.

• 3.  Settlement of Pending Transactions:
• -  Any pending transactions, fees, and charges must be settled before closure.

• 4.   Balance Withdrawal:
• -  Account holders must withdraw or transfer the remaining balance.
• -  An electronic transfer can be arranged for the remaining balance.

• 5.  Confirmation:
• -  A confirmation of closure will be provided to the account holder.

• 1.  To evade an investigation.
• 2.  If you have a pending transaction or an open dispute or claim.
• 3.   If your juicyway account has a negative balance.
• 4.  If your juicyway account is subject to a hold, limitation or reserve.

Account closure upon the account holder's request will be carried out within five business days.

• 1.  Notice to Account Holder:
• -  Juice will provide written notice to the account holder explaining the reason for closure.
• -  A notice period of 30 days will generally be given unless immediate closure is required by law or for security reasons.

• 2.   Settlement of Pending Transactions:
• -  The account holder must settle any pending transactions, fees, and charges.

• 3.   Settlement of Pending Transactions:
• -  The remaining balance will be disbursed via a method agreed upon with the account holder or in accordance with legal requirements.

• 4.   Confirmation:
• -  A confirmation of closure will be sent to the account holder.

• -  Accounts with no activity for [specified period, e.g., 12 months] will be subject to closure.
• -  The account holder will be notified 30 days before the closure.

• 1.  Deceased Account Holders:
• -  The account will be frozen upon notification of the account holder's death.
• -  The executor or next of kin must provide the necessary legal documents to close the account and disburse the funds.

• 2.  Business Accounts:
• -  All business account holders must consent to the closure unless specified otherwise.

• -  Account holders may appeal a closure decision by submitting a written appeal to Juice’s compliance department within 30 days of the closure notice.
• -  Juice will review and respond to the appeal within 15 business days.
